We are proud to offer various flavours of premium quality tasting pork sausage all produced in natural skins which can be selected as either hand linked (as you find in a traditional butchers shop) or fixed weight sausage giving absolute consistency of size and shape.

All our sausages can be produced as either thick or thin and at either 52% or 68% Pork content.

We supply in weights ranging from 365g to 5kg.
